instantaneous updating as transactions are entered into the files. This allows
the entire record to be visible to the data entry operator when the transaction
is being processed. Immediate file updating provides the most recent information
for customer service, file selections and crosshatch reporting.
The system validates for keying errors and searches for existing records to
eliminate duplications. This one-step data entry system ensures accuracy as
opposed to batch processing, still commonly found in some fulfillment companies,
which relies on keying in the blind. The system is designed to handle paid and
controlled publications (or combinations of both) with equal skill.
Telephone and fax numbers. If you find these numbers useful for future
promotion, we will add telephone and fax numbers to subscriber records at no
additional charge. Conversion of your file, from tape or diskette, is fast,
accurate and fully balanced. Most conversions are completed in less than a week.
Collectively, our staff has completed more than 150 conversions. We will enlist
